Mild Panic.

I know that this sounds pretty damn stupid, but since I found out that there’s a bomb shelter downstairs I have been really paranoid about bombs being dropped on me.
Every time I hear anything that vaguely sounds like some sort of air raid siren I panic, even though it ends up being an electric drill, a bike starting or something similar.

Back in Scotland my house is about three miles away from the State Hospital in Carstairs, and the first Thursday of every month at one o’clock in the afternoon they have a test run of the siren they play if someone escapes. I never hear that and worry that someone has actually escaped. Even if they had then why would they come to my house?

So anyway, Switzerland and bombs. The thing is that I’ve seen so much in the way of tanks, jets and even off-duty soldiers on trains with guns which makes me think there is a very active Swiss army (they have all the knives) and that makes me worry even more.

I wish I had a normal brain and a less active imagination.

And when was the last time Switzerland was attacked???!!!!!!???!!!! I don't think you have much to worry about! I however, get a small feeling of "uhoh" when I spot the sniffer dogs on the tube....

It would be the little bomb robot things I'd be worried about seeing on the tube.

I don't know the last time Switzerland was attacked, but that may mean it's overdue. My Dad (who reads these comments by the way Pam) told me that I should only get worried if people come out and check the bomb shelters are still OK...
