More Cartoons

I know I said that I wasn’t going to post any more blogs until Friday, but this has been kicking around my head for days.

As I spend most of my time with a four year old I find myself watching a lot of cartoons. I have already mentioned Dora The Explorer and the ever-brilliant Charlie And Lola. Today, I’m going to talk about Lapitch The Little Shoemaker.
The program itself is from Croatia and is, to be honest, pretty rubbish. I can never understand what’s going on, it doesn’t make any sense and Lapitch himself is a stupid pillock who owns magic shoes. I have never seen the shoes do anything magic.
But the music kicks arse! I have exhausted YouTube trying to find the intro music but can’t. I can only find the end credit music and it’s pretty tame in comparison.
If you can watch Tiny Pop at about five in the afternoon. And Timothy Goes To School is good fun if you actually do tune in.

That said, I’m looking forward to having a break from all this stuff. I’ve ordered the box set of 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later along with The Terminator, simply so I can watch some mindless killing and zombies movies while at home. Oh, and I ordered Over The Hedge too because it looks great!
There’s a few CDs waiting for me too. Blink-182 by Blink-182, Trouser Jazz by Mr. Scruff, In Absentia by Porcupine Tree, From Under The Cork Tree by Fall Out Boy and Flood by They Might Be Giants are all waiting for me at home, along with the second unabridged Harry Potter book on CD.

So much cool stuff to occupy my time!
