It's worse than that!

Hullo. It feels like ages since I’ve posted anything on here. And now that I’m here I don’t really know what to write about.

I spent a pleasant time last week throwing cymbals round my local park which was a giggle, as well as painful. Never drop-kick a cymbal. My brother was recording all this so we spent about half an hour throwing, dropping, kicking, jumping up and down on and - as mentioned - kicking a couple of cymbals. We managed to get some interesting sounds but sadly not the sounds we were looking for. I really should have taken before and after pictures.

I also spent a happy couple of hours starting on music for this years Pantomime. It’s the only tune that I plan on programing the drum track for just to get that certain sound. I haven’t done programming for a while and I’m really anal about it so each beat and fill are completely correct.

With the exception of the spate of birthdays that are happening in my life just now that;s pretty much all I’ve been up to. It’s a full life. I’m off to see the new Star Trek movie tomorrow and having just watched the trailer I’m rather excited. It should be cool.
