Your eyes are permanently blinking.

The date is the 21st of April 2009 and the time is 06.45 in the morning and one year ago today I wrote my first blog on Blogger. I started it mainly to keep my family and friends posted with regards to my activities and adventures away from home. Once I got back I decided to keep posting with just some random stuff. Admititly posts have become less regular since all my 140 character thoughts are shoved onto Twitter and my blogs have never really had any thought or structure to them. Still, I've found it fun. This one has certainly been a lot less rant-fueled than my previous blog.

Speaking of adventures I'm off on one today. My dear old friend Campbell The Great and I are hitting the road in an old school style to go and check out some whiskey. Good times. I will make sure that all the car doors close before we head off so we don't get stuck anywhere like knobs. I will be posting stuff on Twitter during the day and I'm armed with my camera in case anything amusing does happen. Mr. Campbell putting his driving gloves on for example.

Anyhoo, I ended my first blog with the video to Lemon Jelly's Nice Weather For Ducks. Today I will end it with the video for Lemon Jelly's '64 aka Go video. Listen out for the mighty Captain Kirk. This album was a bit of a disappointment compared to the other two to be honest, but it still has some cracking moments on it. For example everything on this song after the line 'A moment later'.
