The autumn moon lights my way.

That’s my week of training my replacement over. From Monday morning she’s on her own.

Yesterday afternoon there was an open day at Lorna’s work. Lorna works for a company by the name of Bayer and their Fribourg office is now completely finished its renovation so they had a big party, so Catriona Pavla (my replacement), Sarah (Pavla’s daughter) and I went along. It was pretty good fun. Nice food, free booze and a really good clown who kept the kids entertained.

I left at about five and came back to the house and did my last bout of ironing. This week has been a week of lasts; for example I’m into my last twenty-five hours here. I’m enjoying a cup of tea at the moment and watching Ben 10, one of the better cartoons around at the moment. Tonight there are a few people coming round to dinner to wish me bon voyage. It should be good fun.

Again, this blog has just been a bit of a ramble; hence its title. Anyone who can work it out gets a little prize.
